  Working on an ad hoc basis, I provide a family history research service focused on Commonwealth (primarily UK and Canada), and French record searches; I specialise in military records, Canadian adoptee records, Metis genealogy, and French-language records.

  I covered two roles - firstly, as Technical Services Catalogue Manager, I managed the provision, to a major goverment department, of accurate service catalogue data to allow the ordering and provision of technical services in both Business As Usual environments and for Urgent Operational Requirements. My second role was as Service Request Fulfilment Manager, in which I managed a large number of business processes to ensure customer satisfaction with the order/delivery function of the contract. As a result, I was involved in substantial liaison with both internal and external customers and users, as well as the development and maintenance of relevant processes, procedures and workflows.
